Contest! Win a Huge Fiction Prize Pack from The Word on the Street PLUS Author Cruise Tickets!

Who wouldn't love the chance to fill their bookshelf with tons of amazing fiction?

We're kicking off a month-long series of contests with The Word on the Street with a HUGE and varied fiction prize pack. Don't miss your chance to enter, and definitely don't miss this unique literary festival, filled with booksellers, readings, panels, children's programming, and more, on Sunday, September 24 at the Harbourfront Centre in Toronto.

This prize package includes a whopping nine books, plus a copy of acclaimed literary magazine GEIST, and two tickets to join authors Robert J. Sawyer, Lesley Livingstone, and Sylvain Neuvel on the tall ship Kajama for a cruise around the harbour, readings, and more. All courtesy of The Word on the Street!

To enter, send us a note at contests@open-book.ca, telling us your name, address, and which book in the prize pack you're most excited to read. Please use the subject line "WOTS Mega Fiction Contest". All entries must be received by Monday, September 11, 2017.

One winner will be chosen at random and informed via email, with all prizes available for pick up at The Word on the Street festival on September 24, 2017.

The Word On The Street is a is a national celebration of literacy and the written word. Each September, in communities coast to coast, the public is invited to participate in hundreds of author events, presentations and workshops and to browse a marketplace that boasts the best selection of Canadian books and magazines you'll find anywhere.

The Word On The Street takes place in Toronto at the Harbourfront Centre (235 Queen Quay West) on Sunday, September 24, 2017 and features dozens of fantastic author readings, kids programming, author signings, food tents and much more.
