As part of the 2018 Association of University Presses Book, Jacket, and Journal Show. WLU Press invites you to a panel on book and cover design featuring award-winning designers Alan Brownoff, Lara Minja, and Michel Vrana. The panel will address current trends in design, the relationship of design to meaning, design as professional practice, and more! There will be opportunity for discussion and refreshments will be provided.
Wilfrid Laurier University Press is located in the Laurier Library near the corner of University Avenue and Albert Street in Waterloo. The event will be held on the main floor in the gallery.
