Join us at Barbara Frum Library where award-winning author Lillian Boraks-Nemetz will be speaking about her new novel, Mouth of Truth, followed by a discussion and Q&A with the audience.

Based on the author's personal experience as a child in the Warsaw Ghetto, Mouth of Truth is a gripping tale of impossible choices, divided loyalties, and unimaginable horrors.

Lillian is also the author of the acclaimed novel for young adults, The Old Brown Suitcase, which won the 1995 Sheila A. Egoff Childrens' BC literary prize. It also won the Rachel Bassin Prize of the Jewish Federation of Greater Toronto, and was short-listed for the Geoffrey Bilson children's historical prize.
