Author Susan Goldenberg discusses her book, Deadly Triangle (2022; Dundurn Press), examining the crime that sparked widespread debate over sexual mores and social strata distinctions still relevant to the present day. The author will also discuss the challenges and decisions that went into the research and writing of the book.

The 1935 murder of architect Francis Rattenbury, designer of the British Columbia legislature, and the arrest and trial of his young second wife and the family chauffeur, her lover, half her age, for the crime is one of the 20th century's most sensational cases
