Poetry Month Contest! Win Anansi's Powerhouse Spring List: Mary Germaine, Bardia Sinaee, & Steven Heighton
April is National Poetry Month and thanks to the good folks at House of Anansi Press, we get to offer one lucky reader a prize pack of some of the most exciting new poetry in Canada!
Though the pandemic means Anansi's iconic Spring Poetry Bash can't happen in person this year, you can attend online and you can enter for your chance to win a three-book prize pack of the Spring titles, including hotly anticipated debuts from Bardia Sinaee and Mary Germaine, and a brand new collection of selected poems from beloved multi-genre author Steven Heighton.
The Anansi Poetry Month Prize Pack contains one copy of each of:
- Congratulations, Rhododendrons by Mary Germaine
- Intruder by Bardia Sinaee
- Selected Poems 1983–2020 by Steven Heighton
To enter, send us an email at contests@open-book.ca with "Anansi Spring Poetry" in the subject line, with your name and full mailing address.
All entries must be received by 11:59pm on Sunday, April 25, 2021 to be considered. One entry per person. This contest is open to Canadian residents only.
One winner will be informed via email after the contest's closing. Happy Poetry Month and good luck to all who enter.
