Join Patrick Woodcock at his Toronto Launch Party to celebrate the new release of Farhang: Book I, located at the Supermarket Bar & Variety.
A special performance by Bill Pritchard will take place, singing from his album Bill Pritchard Sings Poems by Patrick Woodcock, as well as a performance by Dilan Dance Company choreographed by Fethi Karakecili and Asli Rakkas.
Farhang honours the people, places, and things Patrick Woodcock has seen while working as a migrant writer, volunteer, and teacher for almost three decades. This book is the first of three that will celebrate, memorialize, or eulogize the myriad moments that impacted his life while also shaping the shade and content of his writing.
