The Reading Line is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the construction of the Prince Edward Viaduct by bridging our city west to east with books and bicycles. Our FREE Book Ride presents six authors of fiction, memoir and graphic novels, telling stories from around the world. We will also feature presentations from a traditional storyteller, a folk band, and community change makers.
ASL/English Interpreters will be riding with us from 1–5 pm, and Bike Share Toronto bikes will be available free on a FCFS basis at the first location only. Please note a helmet is mandatory for the free bicycle offer.
Not ready to bike? No problem! Our Book Ride stops near Bloor-Danforth Line 2 TTC stations provide easy access.
